Why We Built This

Michigan is home to nearly 200 wineries spread across 11 distinct wine regions — from the steep slopes of Old Mission Peninsula to the rolling hills of the Lake Michigan Shore AVA. It's one of the most exciting and underappreciated wine scenes in the country.

The problem? There was no single place that cataloged all of it. Region pages lived on tourism board sites, individual wineries had their own websites, and trail maps were scattered across brochures and PDFs. Planning a wine trip to Michigan meant opening dozens of tabs and still missing half the story.

We built MichiganVineyards.com to fix that. One comprehensive, beautifully designed guide that covers every winery, every region, every trail — and makes it easy to plan the kind of trip where you discover a new favorite wine at a tasting room you almost drove past.

What We Do

We maintain detailed profiles for every winery in the state, organize them by region and trail, and create content — from seasonal event calendars to trip-planning itineraries — that helps visitors get the most out of their wine-country experience.
